Delete Your Data

How to request deletion

You may delete your account and personal data at any time from within the app or website:

1. Sign in with the account you want removed.
2. Go to cfbiblecollege.com/delete-account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you cannot sign in, email registrar@cfbiblecollege.com from the address on your account and we will process the request within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

• Your sign-in credentials and login account
• Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
• Admission and enrollment applications
• Course enrollments and course-progress activity
• Role and account-permission entries
• Temperament profile results tied to your account

Data that is retained

Official academic records — completed coursework, grades, and transcripts — are permanent institutional records and are retained for accreditation and record-keeping purposes. Tuition and payment records are retained as required by law and accounting rules (generally seven years). These records are kept separately from your login account and are not used to contact you once your account is deleted.

Retention period

Deleted account data is removed from our active systems immediately and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days.
